You are just ripe my son!

There was an apple hung from a tree. The branch holding it was the lowest branch of the tree. It was shrouded by the upper branches and no light could pass down on to the apple. The apple had never experienced the warmth of the sun light.
One day the wind was blowing faster than the usual. It caused the branch to move side ways. As the wind blew faster and faster the branch came outward and got the apple exposed to the sun light. But after a very brief duration it again moved back to its position. The apple felt the warmth of the sun light for a second and he felt good. He had never felt such pleasure. He waited for another wave of wind so that it can reach out to the sun light again. Meanwhile the apple thought about the many days he was ignorant from this sensation. Not that it needed the sunlight for its growth, and also the apple was still bigger than the other apples hung from the same tree. But still he felt the need to reach out once again to the light. When the wind blew the second time the apple again got exposed to the light and this time the duration was still smaller. Same thing happened few more times and the apple got irritated. He resolved that when the next time wind appears he would try on his own to reach out to the light. When the next wave came and the branch swayed in the same manner, the apple tried to swing across its twig. It reached up to the light but doing so he broke himself off from the branch and fell to the ground.
Surprised by the misfortune he didn't had any explanation for himself. Looking around for a while he then directed towards the sun and asked about the betrayal.
The sun replied, "I shower my light upon everyone and those who receive it are the lucky ones and those who couldn't reach it are the ignorant. I have nothing to do with what made you stupid enough to break off yourself from the tree. May be you should ask the wind."
The apple wasn't satisfied and neither he was remorseful over the misfortune. He then asked the wind, because it was due to the wind that he felt the desire for the light.
The wind replied, "I blow in the same fashion in every place. It was due to me that you came to know the pleasure and warmth of the sunlight. You were ignorant about the sensation for so many days of your life. I gave you a chance to relish one day of your life. I moved faster enough to just stretch out the branch without breaking you off it. But who advised you to push yourself and swing"
The apple was still unsatisfied. He didn't had an explanation and couldn't blame anyone for his misfortune. He then looked up at the mother tree in order to receive compassion.
Then tree said, "You are just ripe my son!"

    1. the moral is that we make mistakes in life. And we do them because we were trying to seek something but we end up with something that might be awful. At first it never seem like acceptable. But we should understand that every experience makes us grow and learn. And only the most sincere ones of ours give us the right answers about our experiences.

  4. yeah. sometimes we can't blame anyone for something! so we have to learn da quality ov adjustment and da other important thing: to find positivism in every thing!
